Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many property management companies overlook the little details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. These kinds of oversights can, and often do, lead to increased expense and liability for property owners. We pride ourselves on the attention we pay to details, which sets us apart.
I joined Acadia Property Management as a Leasing Manager in early 2022. I absolutely love my job and our residents! The best part of my job is being able to make a difference in people's lives by getting them into their new home! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, outdoors, cooking, and traveling. I have an amazing husband, the sweetest 1 year old son that keeps me on my toes, a German Shepherd dog and a tabby cat!
Elicea joined Acadia Property Management as a Leasing Manager in early 2021. She handles day to day responsibilities that include resolving maintenance requests, initiating lease agreements, responding to incoming inquiries from current as well as potential residents, etc. Her goal is to work to maintain positive relations with owners, residents, and contractors, as well as ensure that our properties continue to meet high quality standards for resident living.

I have been investing in real estate since 2006, and have managed properties since that time. Working full time in real estate and growing a property management company has given me the opportunity to watch the growth of a wonderful team, and build trusting relationships with investors all over the country. I am blessed with an amazing husband and two incredible boys, I love real estate and what it can do for people and their families.
